1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and participation in tours and services provided by Cape Kulcha. By booking with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment via our integrated PayFast portal.
- Transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour start time will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24–48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour or “no-shows” are non-refundable.
- Should Cape Kulcha cancel a tour due to extreme weather or safety concerns, a full refund or alternative date will be provided.
4. Insurance and Liability
- Cape Kulcha maintains comprehensive Public Liability and Passenger Liability Insurance for all guest transport and tour activities.
- While every precaution is taken to ensure guest safety, participation is at the guest’s own risk. We recommend all travelers maintain personal travel insurance.
5. Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
